The two founders of Decision Vantage both served as leaders in the British Armed Forces. One in the Royal Navy, the other in the Army. In the ten years since leaving, they have worked in both businesses and in the consulting profession. What they both came to understand was that in most cases, businesses had no defined or structured process to problem solve, plan and make decisions. They also realised that outside the world of the security forces, there are few organisations that teach problem solving, planning and decision making.They wanted to make a difference. So, taking the very best practices from their own military experiences, and of business, they designed their own solution. The result was Decision Vantage.
